RETURN OR EXCHANGE OPTIONS
There is also a return code in the SMS or e-mail of the parcel machine's arrival. It allows you to return the parcel for free within 14 days from all Omniva parcel machines and post offices.
Leave the address card on the returned package. Select "Return parcel" on the parcel machine screen, enter the return code and place the parcel in the locker, the courier will add the return address card to the parcel if the parcels need to be picked up.
If the parcel machine offers to print a new parcel card upon return, print the parcel card, stick it on the parcel and place the parcel in the cupboard.
a. If the parcel arrived at the blue parcel machine, the parcel can be returned with the same door code for free within 14 days from any blue parcel machine across Estonia.
The parcel arrived at the blue vending machine can also be returned from the white parcel machine by making a return in the self-service environment of my.smartpost.ee on the basis of the shipment number (bar code).
b. If the parcel arrived at a white parcel machine or parcel point, the return can only be made on the basis of the shipment number (barcode) of the my.smartpost.ee self-service environment for free within 14 days, you can choose to return from the white or blue parcel machines.
Goods purchased from the e-store can be returned or exchanged at our stores within 14 days. Opening hours and locations of the stores can be found on the Contact page.
